The perfect combination of strength and beauty comes together with Jake Verterano. Jake is a senior English and Communication major and is extremely excited to add WYBF to his resume.
Jake kicked off his Cabrini career with fiery start by becoming the youngest Mr. Cabrini in history in 2006. As Mr. Cabrini Jake served as an ambassador for the school by appearing at public events….clothed…sometimes…
Jake was also the star of both of Cabrini’s productions for the 2006-2007 school year…but soon gave up the stage to pursue bigger things…like dominating the COM department. Jake was part of the Loquitur staff from 2007-2009. He began as a lowly, but attractive staff writer and became the Arts & Entertainment Editor and Graphic Designer for the award winning paper.
Jake was also the mastermind behind “Loqation”, Cabrini’s news program. He has been featured as a news anchor and is currently the entertainment anchor, entertainment producer, script writer as well as helping out with countless videos for the show.
Jake will now be on WYBF with his weekly radio program, “The Dirt Sheet”, every Friday from 5-7 PM. Enjoy the Glamazon! |
