Mallory Terrence is the Operations Manager at WYBF and has previously been the assistant operations manager as well as part of the promotions team.
Mallory is a Senior at Cabrini College where she is studying English and Communications. As Operations Manager, Mallory is in charge of making sure everything at WYBF runs smoothly.
As an executive member, Mallory encourages students to get involved in the fun world of radio, while learning the ins and outs of what it takes to run a professional radio station. Mallory along with all the WYBF staff are frequently around campus at different events, from a regular marketplace appearance to our very own WYBF ‘Funny Fest’.
Creating on-air promos, liners, maintaining traffic logs and driving in new listeners is also part of Mallory's job—and of course keep the station and offices very organized and clean!
Mallory was the 2008-2009 Editor in chief of Cabrini's student newspaper The Loquitur. She has a strong passion for the communications field and is looking forward to the semester ahead.
Mallory and two other WYBF members, Caitlin and Gillian, were selected as finalists in the Best Documentary category for their audio documentary, “Road of Insecurity: The Global Food Crisis.” This documentary is one of four finalists in the 2009 College Broadcasters, Inc. National Student Production Awards. |
